Very disappointed! they refused my withdrawal request without explanation. here are my fresh impressions of my experience at this casino. long story short, the experience is sad and negative, I do not recommend anyone to register here. I’ll start with the support, which takes a very long time to respond and at the same time diferent employees can answer the same question differently and in the end you get three different answers (do I have to choose the right one myself???). They delay any decisions and put you on hold for as long they can. It took almost 24 hours for my identity to be verified, and as for the returns in the slots - i won't even comment on that. You will be very lucky if you find 1-2 games out of 100 that actually pay out
